Founded in 1944 in Madhi, Gujarat, Madhi ni Khamni began with Nagindas Tribhuvandas Khamnivala’s iconic recipe for khamni. Over 80 years, this timeless tradition has been carried forward by Chandubhai, Mehulbhai, and their partners Vishal Nareshbhai Raval and Brijesh Bhai, who have expanded its reach while preserving its authentic taste. With 35 branches, including 6+ in Ahmedabad, we bring the flavors of Gujarat to life.
